- Baytina reserves the right to update these Terms of Service and will post any changes on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically check this page for updates. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons we deem satisfactory at our discretion.
Baytina.com – Online:
- By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your state or province of residence.
- Your submission of personal information through the website is subject to our Privacy Policy.
- We may modify or discontinue services or products without prior notice. We are not liable for any resulting inconvenience.
- Occasional errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information or cancel orders if necessary, without prior notice.
Customer/Account Information:
- We retain the right to decline any order you place with us, including those made under the same customer account, credit card, or with the same billing and/or shipping address.
- By completing an order on the Baytina website, you are subject to our Return Policy, regardless of when the order was placed.
- You agree that the account information provided on our website accurately identifies the user placing the order and that it aligns with applicable legal requirements.
Warranty:
- Baytina provides a 10-Year Warranty, subject to conditions outlined in the Warranty Document, which may be provided after a product purchase on our website.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically check our website for updates. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes to these Terms of Service indicates your acceptance of those changes.
Installation:
- Goods must be installed following the manufacturer's guidelines, Australian standards, and building codes. We are not responsible for inadequate structural support.
- Before installation, verify that the goods' size, batches, colour, and quantities are correct. Installation constitutes acceptance of the materials.
- Any defects must be identified and claimed before installation; otherwise, the claim will not be recognized.
- Always hire a licensed tradesman. Ensure you have ordered a sufficient quantity of the product before placing an order. We cannot guarantee the availability of the same tile, batch, and size once purchased.
Goods:
- Ensure the selected tile is suitable for its intended purpose and confirm quantities before installation.
- Verify that all paperwork matches your requirements. Payment is acceptance of the order details.
- Tiles may exhibit variations in colour, texture, patterns, shade, marks, blemishes, size, and other attributes. Sample tiles and showroom displays are for guidance and may differ from the actual tiles received.
- Note that all photos on the Baytina website accurately depict the actual tiles, but there may be slight variations in colour shade and design when viewed in photo format. Baytina does not hold any liability if the tiles do not match the photos exactly. We recommend carefully inspecting the tiles before installation when making an online purchase. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit our store to view physical samples on display for a more accurate representation.
- We are not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect cleaning or sealing methods or the use of inappropriate cleaning products.
- Note that most tiles can be slippery when wet. Select tiles appropriate for the area and consult with your certifier or specifier before installation. We cannot accept claims related to the incorrect selection of goods or slip resistance that does not meet your requirements. Test results for tiles may not match actual performance due to factors such as installation, wear and tear, and cleaning methods.
- All goods are deemed ownership of Baytina until full transactional purchase has been completed.
Deliveries:
- Deliveries will be made to the easiest access points, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon with your consultant.
- Goods will be left at the most secure and safe spot, and we cannot always guarantee your preferred drop zone.
- We are not liable for any failure or delay in delivering goods to the site.
- We are not liable for any property damage that may occur when delivering goods.
- If you organize your own freight or carrier, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any breakages.
- If the truck cannot be unloaded on-site at the scheduled time, your order will be rescheduled for delivery on another mutually organised day. Please note that this will incur a new delivery fee and restocking fee.
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery or collection if any goods are damaged or incorrectly supplied. Failure to do so implies acceptance of the goods, and installation will be considered as acceptance.
Trading:
- All sales must have cleared funds before collection or delivery.
- Payment is considered received when made in cash or when other payment methods have cleared and been credited to our nominated bank account. Payment by cheque is at our discretion.
- Outstanding balances must be paid before the delivery date of goods, and these funds must clear before delivery.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to provide a new quote after this period and cannot guarantee that prices will remain unchanged.
- We do not accept claims for the use of old or outdated prices or price lists.
