Returns and Refunds Policy

At Baytina, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you have a change of mind, we do offer the opportunity to return and exchange items after delivery. Please review the following criteria to determine if your order is eligible for return:

 

Can I Return My Order?

Yes, we accept returns for exchange orders within 7 days from the receipt of your order. To initiate a return, please follow these guidelines:

Contact our Sales Team
Reach out to our Baytina staff promptly to receive all the necessary information to initiate the return process. Please be sure to have all the information on hand including invoice numbers and packing slips.

Return Shipping
Ensure that all products are returned in their original condition, with pallets and boxes intact. Customers are responsible for organising return deliveries.

Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returned orders.

Exchange Only
The exchange policy applies only if the subsequent order is exchanged for another product of equal value.

Can I Return Part of My Order?
Partial returns of orders are not accepted. Please ensure that the quantities ordered are suitable for your project requirements.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2-4 business days from confirmation, subject to stock availability.

For orders containing multiple tile types, please allow an additional time for consolidation from our various warehouse locations.

In some cases, next day delivery is an option, please contact sales for this option.

Estimated Arrival Times
The delivery times provided are estimates based on your location in Australia. Please refer to our FAQ page for detailed information regarding lead times based on your location.

Order Collection
If delivery isn’t needed all orders can be collected from our Fyshwick warehouse once the status of the order is confirmed.

Our Sales team will contact you with the pick-up location and order details.

Delivery Details
If you require expedited delivery or special requirements, please contact our Sales team via email (sales@baytina.com.au) before placing your order. We can discuss alternative delivery options based on your location.

Delivery Costs
We offer flat-rate delivery rates online, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Shipping costs will be provided upon checkout. Delivery costs may vary for in-store purchases.
