Many of our tiles are showcased at the Baytina showroom in Fyshwick, ACT. You can explore various colors, textures, and sizes up close. We offer small cut tile samples that you can take home if needed.

What Is the Estimated Delivery Time for My Order?
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 24-48 business hours upon confirmation, subject to stock availability. Delivery times vary by location in Australia:

  • ACT: 1-2 business days from dispatch
  • New South Wales: 2-4 business days from dispatch
  • Qld, Vic, South Australia, Northern Territory, Western Australia, and Tasmania: Contact us to enquire

Can I Return My Order?
Yes, we accept returns for exchange orders within 7 days of your purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all boxes/tiles must be in perfect condition. A re-stocking fee applies. Please contact the Baytina sales team to discuss your return.

What Are Slip Ratings?
Slip ratings are values assigned to floor tiles after undergoing a slip test. Commercial clients often use these ratings to meet specific slip requirements outlined in Australian Standards for various floor areas. You can find slip ratings in each tile's description.

Received Damaged or Incorrect Tiles?
 If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact Baytina immediately. Ensure you only sign the Pickup/Delivery documents once you've confirmed the order's accuracy and condition. Refer to the Goods and Deliveries sections of our terms and conditions for further details.

How Can I Collect My Order?
 You can opt for delivery services when placing an order. If you prefer pickup, select the appropriate options or inform a Baytina Salesperson, and your order can be prepared for pickup at our warehouse in Fyshwick.

What does Request a quote button mean?
This feature on the Baytina website is a simple feature which allows you to contact baytina sales about certain products. This enables baytina to give you up to the date stock of products that fluctuate in stock frequently. This just makes the transition of purchase easier with no disappointments of purchasing stock that may not be available.  

Is There a Physical Store I Can Visit?
Baytina has a showroom located at 7 Kembla Street, Fyshwick, ACT, with trading hours listed on our website. This Showroom is set to open in March 2024.
